Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through pages-33 and 34, learned counsel for the Petitioner attempts to establish that for there is already direction by the competent authority involving an enquiry on the allegation of the Petitioner dated 15.06.2022, Petitioner alleges even though three months have already passed in the meantime there is no development shown. 3.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court observes, in the event proceeding has already been commenced involving the allegation petition of the Petitioner dated 15.06.2022, keeping in view the direction already contended in documents at pages33 & 34, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the competent authority to show finality of such proceeding at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but if necessary involving parties likely to be affected.
