The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Why, the opp. parties will not be directed to pay the compensation as due and admissible as per the proposal submitted by the O.P. No.3 before the O.P. No.2 vide his letter dtd.06.07.2020 under Annexure-3 within a stipulated period; (ii) Why, the opp. party No.2 will not be directed to submit the proposal under Annexure-3 before the opp. party No.1 for extending the benefit in favour of the petitioner under the Orissa Resettlement & Rehabilitation Policy, 2006 within a stipulated period".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievances, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration under Annexure-3 within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4, and taking into consideration under Annexure-3 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
