This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 12.12.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, the name of opposite party no.3 has been mentioned as 'Sub-Collector, Kendujhar' instead of 'Sub-Collector, Champua', who is the appellate authority as per the revised guidelines of the Anganwadi Workers dated 02.05.2007 issued by the Government of Odisha, Women and Child Development Department and he may be permitted to correct the name of opposite party no.3 in the cause title of the writ petition.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 12.12.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A stands disposed of.
