The matter is taken up on through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. From perusal of the brief, it appears petitioner has already filed a revision case registered as O.S. & S. Act. Rev. Case No.228 of 2021. For pendency of revision case on the self same purpose, the writ petition is not entertainable at this stage but however the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to file petition showing urgency for expeditious hearing of the matter involved before the competent authority. In the event any such application is filed within a period of two weeks hence, same shall be considered and order, as appropriate depending on the urgency proved by the petitioner, be passed at least within a period of two weeks thereafter.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
