petitioner and submits, his client had applied for legal heir certificate. Opposite party no.4 issued proclamation dated 10th February, 2022 but has not done anything thereafter. 2.
Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the case will be duly dealt with by opposite party no.4.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to either issue legal heir certificate or inform rejection of the application within three weeks of communication.
