This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the court below vide order dated 19.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below, as has been stated in paragraph-6 of the order dated 19.12.2022, is extended to another four weeks from today.

Rest part of the order dated 19.12.2022 remains unaltered. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
