Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2021 in connection with Boudh P.S. Case No.286 of 2014 corresponding to C.T. Case No.496 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Boudh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/465/467/468/470/471//34 of IPC read with Sections 66(C)/66(1)/76 of I.T. Act. 4.

Considering the submissions made, materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the nature of allegations as against the present petitioner, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court

on each date of posting without fail.
