The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Under the facts and circumstances mentioned above, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties call for the records and after hearing the parties issue appropriate writ(s) by declaring the letter no.6059, dated 23.11.2022 of OP No.3 under Annexure-26 as illegal and quash the same.
And further be pleased to direct the Opp.Parties to execute the agreement for operation of boating facilities in Kanjia lake for both Nandankanan Zoological Park and State Botanical Garden for a period of 3 years from the date of execution in favour of the petitioner company pursuant to offer Letter no.5268, dated 17th October, 2022 under Annexure-21". 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-28 and the same may be directed to
be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-28, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
