This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State. Perused the records. 4.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner seeking an anticipatory bail for his alleged involvement in the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner does not have similar criminal antecedents. 6.

Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders in connection with C.T.Case No.1322 of 2022 arising out of Jakhapura P.S.Case No.0113 of 2022 pending in the

// 2 // Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road within a period of three weeks' from today and moves for bail, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear in person before the learned Court below on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned.
