Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to release his vehicle bearing registration No.OD-05-Y-8555 (Truck) on payment of over dues amounting to Rs.1,98,612.78. 3.

Since learned counsel for the Petitioner is not in a position to state as to whether the vehicle in question has been sold or not, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4.
