This petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer S.T. No.15 of 2020 from the court of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (LR<V), Cuttack to the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack as no P.O. is there since long. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court allows this transfer petition and consequently directs the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack either to withdraw the aforesaid case to his file to try the same or transfer the same to any other competent Court for trial on production of the certified copy of this order.
