Learned counsel for the State submits that the notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioners and they have been complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the case.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application.
