1. Heard Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.Rout, learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Informant as well as Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. It is submitted that the Appellant is inside custody since 4th January, 2019 and in the meantime, though five witnesses have been examined including the victim, they have not stated anything against the present Appellant.

3. Mr.Rout, learned counsel for the Informant submits that the informant has no objection in case the Appellant is released on bail.

4. Having heard all the parties and upon perusal of the deposition of the victim (P.W.5), who is a minor girl aged about

14 years on the date of occurrence, I am not inclined to release the Appellant on bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.

5. The appeal is dismissed.
