This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2022 in connection with Olatpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2058 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Cuttack for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections379/419/420/34 of the I.P.C and Section-66(C) and 66(D)of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. 4.

It is alleged that the petitioner and another person utilizing the ATM card of the informant withdrew huge amount of money using the same.

Considering the fact that the co-accused- Kanha@Sanjib Kumar Mandal has been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 9679 of 2022. The present petitioner stands on the same footing. Hence, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to

impose.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of.
