1. This matter taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. In this CRLMP, the Petitioner challenges the action of the Opposite Party No.3 in not apprehending the accused persons after lodging of the F.I.R. though the same reveals cognizable offences.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the I.I.C., Choudwar Police Station along with a copy of this order. In the event, the petitioner approaches the said I.I.C., the said Police Officer is directed to take appropriate steps to register the complaint as FIR as per law within a period of seven days

5. Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.

6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
