This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 05.01.2022.

It is stated that the name of petitioner no.3 Nagesh Mallik is missing in the names of the petitioners as reflected in the said order and therefore, petitioner no.3 could not get the benefit of the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection for such modification.

// 2 // Accordingly, after Sl. No.2, the name of petitioner no.3 Nagesh Mallik is reflected in the order dated 05.01.2022 by me in red ink in open Court. The serial number of Sidhanta Mallik in the cause title of the aforesaid order is corrected as '4' instead of '3' and that of Smt. Rania Mallik is corrected as '5' instead of '4' by me in red ink in open Court. The rest part of the order dated 05.01.2022 remains unaltered. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
