This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to restore the bail application but on the other hand, learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes such prayer.

Considering the rival submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the CRLMA, this Court considers it in the interest of justice to give one chance to the Petitioner and accordingly, restores the bail application in BLAPL No. 5556 of 2021 to its file. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for an adjournment for hearing of the bail application to file the copy of deposition.

In view of such submission, list this bail application on 05.01.2023 by which date the Petitioner shall file whatever documents he intends to produce and on that date, the bail application would be positively heard.

The CRLMA is accordingly disposed of.
