The Petitioner has filed this writ application assailing the order dated 23.11.2022 (Annexure- 8) passed by the SubRegistrar, Jaleswar in Refusal Case No.1 of 2022, whereby registration of the sale deed executed by the Petitioner in respect of Plot No. 2034/2530 to an extent of Ac. 3.000 decimal under Khata No. 375/235 situated in Mouza Chalanti in the district of Balasore, has been refused 3.

Since the Petitioner has remedy under the provisions of the Registration Act to assail the order impugned herein, I am not inclined to entertain the writ application. 4.

Accordingly the writ application is disposed of. .
