Considering the representation pending, which is of the year 2005, if the Petitioner so advised, may submit a fresh representation before the Competent Authority for consideration of his grievance. In the event any such representation is made within two weeks, decision as appropriate involving the Petitioner be taken at least within a period of three months from the date of making such representation. In the event the Petitioner is still in possession of the tenement involved, status quo in respect of the possession of the Parties as on date shall be maintained by all concerned till a decision is taken on the representation of the Petitioner. 2.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
