Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering that the urgency shown in early disposal of R.M.C. No.75 of 2022 and as this Court finds, there is no dispute that the case has already shown some progress in calling for report from the competent authority, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to see finality of the proceeding involving R.M.C. No.75 of 2022 at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. The Opposite Party No.2 shall also ensure obtaining of report in the meantime as called for at least within a period of fifteen days thereafter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
