Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Perused the Office Note dated 9.1.2023. It appears that on the top of the order dated 19.12.2022, the name of opposite parties has been wrongly typed as "State of Odisha & others" instead of "I.I.C., Cuttack Sadar Police Station & others".

Considering the above, this Court in modification of its aforesaid order dated 19.12.2022 directs that the name of the opposite parties, i.e., "State of Odisha & others" occurring at the top of the aforesaid order be read as

Rest part of the aforesaid order dated 19.12.2022 remains unaltered.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
