3. In light of the aforesaid discussion and having regard to the present position of law, this Court is inclined to iterate that the Petitioners cannot be granted any relief by way of a Writ and the present Writ Petitions are liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed.
