The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " Under the above facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner fervently prays before this Hon'ble Court to admit this petition and call for the relevant documents from the Opp. Parties concerned and after hearing learned counsel of parties to issue writ in nature of mandamus by directing the opp. party no.4 to dispose of the grievance petition dated 29.8.2022 by way of awarding compensation in the present market value in light of Annexure-4-Series i.e. present valuation with 12% interest in the interest of justice".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through

the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
