Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner in this CRLMP seeks a direction of this Court to the opposite party nos.2 & 3 to take up the investigation of Kujang P.S. Case No.312 of 2022 from the opposite party no.5 and conduct impartial investigation and submit the final form within a reasonable time. 4.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the appropriate court for appropriate relief.
