This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The sole grievance of the present Petitioner in the writ application is to include the name of the Petitioner in the gradation list.

It is stated in the writ application that the Petitioner has filed representations before the District Education Officer, Sundargargh, Opposite Party No.3 on 05.12.2020 and 24.12.2021 and the same are stated to be pending as of now.

Learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education department submits that the matter can be disposed of by giving a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the representations of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

In such view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of

// 2 // with a direction to the District Education Officer, Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representations of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 within a period of eight weeks from today in accordance with law.

It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.3 shall dispose of the representations of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 10 days thereafter. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
