Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with OR No.96 of 2021-22 by Forester Balangir II Section for violation of Section 56 of the Orissa Forest Act, 1972 and Rule-21 of the OT & OFPT Rules, 1980, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper.
