Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C.

// 2 // for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Kuakhia P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.2356 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 341/323/294/324/354/427/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature and gravity of the accusation against the petitioners, the nature of injuries sustained by the injured persons and after hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and it is ordered that in the event the petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned Court below within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously by the Courts below. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned for adjudication of the bail application.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
