Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the order in E.C. No.315 of 1993 has come to be finalized through dismissal of O.J.C. No.7639 of 1998. For the Opinion of this Court, there should be logical end to the eviction order. In the process, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar concerned to see a logical end to the final order involving E.C. No.315 of 1993 provided there is no legal impediment by way of stay operating involving such order in any
// 2 // forum by completing the entire exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of the order. 3.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
