This Writ Petition involves following prayer: "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased enough to issue appropriate Writ/Writs directing the Opp. Party No.3 to grant the money receipt forthwith in favour of this Petitioner as this Petitioner has already deposited the amount of Rs. 8,22,800/- through RTGS in his official account on 11.11.2022.

And such other relief/s to which the Petitioner is found entitled to may kindly be granted in favour of this Petitioner.

And for this act of kindness the Petitioner will ever pray."

This matter was taken up on 02.12.2022 and at this stage, this Court while recording that the Petitioner has already transmitted the whole amount by way of conversion fees, Petitioner is not provided with the receipt creating embargo to other Establishment in finalizing

Today entering into further hearing, this Court finds no purpose in keeping such matter pending except giving a direction to Opp. Party No. 3 to find if the Petitioner has already transmitted the conversion fees through RTGS, in such event, the Petitioner may be provided with appropriate receipt forthwith.
