Heard Mr. B.K. Ragada, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.

The CRLMC has been filed for quashing of G.R. Case No.3516 of 2021, on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur, arising out of Ainthapali P.S. Case No.487 of 2021, on the ground of compromise between the parties. An affidavit evidencing such compromise is kept on record at Flag-A filed by opposite party No.2, the informant.

Taking into account such affidavit and in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir alias Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and

// 2 // others v. State of Gujurat and another reported in AIR 2017 SCC 4843, the proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No.3516 of 2021, on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur, arising out of Ainthapali P.S. Case No.487 of 2021, stands quashed in respect of the present petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

The petitioner as well as the informant are present in the Court and are identified by their respective counsels. The self-attested copy of the Aadhar Card is kept on record. 6.

The CRLMC thus stands disposed of.
