The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of the Second Appeal pending before the Odisha Information Commissioner, Bhubaneswar under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

It appears from the submission of learned counsel that the Petitioner has not approached the Odisha Information Commission, Bhubaneswar for redressal of his grievances. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner disposes of this writ petition with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Odisha Information Commission, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of the Second Appeal.
