The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Deogarh P.S. Case No.262 of 2021 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.25 of 2021 pending in the court of Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court, Deogarh registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S Act has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.11537 of 2021, which was dismissed vide order dated 28.09.2021 on merit. The Petitioner has again approached this Court seeking pre-arrest bail in this application.

The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner having been rejected on merit, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner afresh. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
