Considering the submission of Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner this Court finds, the proceeding vide Annexure-1 appears to be still pending. It is alleged that in spite of a complaint being filed since long, there is no further proceeding involving such issue as yet. This Court finds strange in the duty of the competent authority. In such view of the matter, this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes, in the event of receipt of the complaints U/s.17 & 92 of the O.D.A. Act, 1982 at Annexures-1 & 2 respectively, the authority shall make all endeavor to dispose of both the proceedings involving the parties likely to be affected. Attempt may also be made to dispose of such proceedings within a period of six months.
