This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the I.I.C., Mancheswar Police Station (opposite party no.4) in registering the complaint filed by the petitioner as F.I.R. and in taking appropriate action against the culprits. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party no.5, who is the S.I. of Police of Mancheswar Police Station, is related to the accused persons. 5.
In such view of the matter, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar (opposite party no.3) is directed to
// 2 // look into the matter and instruct properly the concerned police officer for registering the F.I.R., if any cognizable offence is made out.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.
