This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the notice issued by the Tahasildar, Boudh under Annexure-5 in Encroachment Case No.235 of 2020 and 236 of 2020. 4.

Since the order has been passed by the Tahasildar for eviction, it is open to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law along with interim application and settlement of land in their favour, as they are in long possession of the land, which shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law.
