The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed to restore LAA No.79 of 2018 to its original file by recalling Order dated 01.11.2022, vide which it was ordered to remove the defects within ten days and because of non-taking steps the Appeal was dismissed. However, in terms of the liberty granted vide Order dated 28.11.2022 in I.A. No.211 of 2022 (arising out of LAA No.79 of 2018), this application has been filed with the prayer as detailed above.

In view of the averments made in the petition, so also submission made by Mr. G. Mohanty, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the Appellant-Union of India, the Order dated 01.11.2022 passed in LAA No.79 of 2018 is recalled and the Appeal is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the CMAPL is disposed of.
