Perused the office note that in the last order its number has been inadvertently mentioned as '1' instead of '2', and its date has inadvertently mentioned as "07.01.2021" instead of "07.01.2022". 3.

In view of the above, the aforesaid order is hereby recalled and fresh order is passed today separately.

This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Since there is dispute with regard to the date of birth of the petitioner in the Service Book, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum for declaration of her correct date of birth. 3.

With above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
