Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 21.10.2022 in connection with Ranpur P.S.Case No. 253 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 385 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 399/402 of IPC.

Considering the submissions, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the following conditions:- (i) They shall appear before the IIC of Ranpur Police

Station on every Sunday at 10.00 A.M for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the IIC of the concerned Court once in a month.

5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
