This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since a disconnection of his power supply has been made illegally pursuant to notice under Annexure-9 to the writ petition, he has filed this petition to quash the same and direct the Opposite Party-Utility Company to restore the power supply. 3.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Utility Company, on instruction, submits that since the electricity connection has already been restored to the premises of the Petitioner on the basis of part payment, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Utility, this Court dispose of this writ petition as infructuous. But, if the cause of action still survives, the representation of the Petitioner at Annexure-10 to the writ petition be considered by the Utility Company concerned within a month hence.
