The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ/writs in the nature of mandamus by directing the Opp. Party No.2 to release the compensation amount in lieu of his land acquired by IDCO for JSW project as per compensation package published under Annexure-4, in disposing the representation submitted to the Opp. Party No.2 under Annexure-7 in lieu of notice of Opp. Party No.3 under Annexure-6 and the list of beneficiaries published by the R.I. & Tahasildar under Annexure-3". 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration under Annexures-3, 4 & 6 within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through

the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7, and taking into consideration under Annexures-3, 4 & 6 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
