The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. S.K. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.S. Mohapatra, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits to that inadvertently in the bail petition the court name has been wrongly mentioned as Additional Sessions Judge, Athagarh instead of S.D.J.M., Athagarh and prays to modify the order accordingly.

Having herd both sides, it is directed that, the court name in paragraph 5 of the order dated 24th January, 2022 be read as "S.D.J.M., Athagarh" in place of "Additional Sessions Judge, Athagarh".

The I.A. is disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.514 dated 7th January, 2022.
