Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is strange to observe that the Mutation Case No.2513 of 2002 being disposed of, an Appeal being preferred bearing Mutation Appeal No.07 of 2007 came to be disposed of with a remand order on 20.09.2011. The Mutation Authority is still sitting over the matter. This Court finds strange in pendency of such litigation even after one decade of remand. In disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Kukudakhandi- Opposite Party No.3 to show finality of the Mutation Case No. 2513 of 2002 at least within a period of two months and file compliance report to the Registry within one week thereafter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
