Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged that even after the conversion application at the instance of the Petitioner is allowed in disposal of OLR Case No.04 of 2006 vide Annexure-2 series and depositing on the premium involved therein, there is no preparation of record in terms of allowing of conversion.

Considering the negligence on the part of the public authority, to check further wastage of time, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Gop- Opposite Party No.3 to work out the direction involving Annexure-2 series by bringing appropriate Record of Right by completing such exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
