Heard Mr. B.K. Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 07.04.2021 (Annexure-8) refusing to pay interest on the bid amount by opposite party no.1, and issue direction to opposite party no.1 to pay interest for the period from 11.03.2019 to 01.10.2020 on the bid amount at the rate of 6.25%, pursuant to her application dated 10.03.2021 (Annexure-7). 4.

Since the petitioner has claimed interest on the bid amount, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, if the petitioner is entitled to interest in terms of the agreement, it is open to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement.
