1. Heard Mr. S.D. Das, learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant and Mr. K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Respondent No.1 in all the appeals.

2. Upon hearing both the parties and considering the submissions, the order dated 11.08.2022 is modified to the extent that the Appellant in all the appeals shall appear before the IIC, Golanthara P.S. once in every month till completion of trials in every case. The bail condition as per paragraph 11(v) of order dated 11.08.2022 is modified to the above extent. Rest part of said order remains unaltered.

3. The I.As. are disposed of.
