This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.484 of 2021 arising out of Khamar P.S. Case No.224 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palalahada for alleged commission of offence under section 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the offence is bailable in nature, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
