Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not possess the certified copy of the impugned order. In the circumstance, this Court finds, the Writ Petition should not have been filed and the learned Counsel for the Petitioner should have awaited at least till he is in possession of certified copy of the impugned order herein. In the circumstance, this Court is not inclined to entertain such defective Writ Petition. 2.

This Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn, however, with liberty to the Petitioner to bring a fresh Writ Petition with original of the impugned order.
