petitioner and submits, his client's document has not been accepted for registration. Purported reason is absence of entry in Record of Rights (RoR). He relies on views of the learned Single Judge expressed in order dated 21st October, 2014 made in W.P.(C) no.9997 of 2014 (Dhabal Prasad Pradhan v. State of Odisha and others).

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Addl. Govt. Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits petitioner be directed to present the document.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.3 and present her document along with copy of this order. Petitioner will also produce her title documents to demonstrate flow of title. Said opposite party will either register the document or issue refusal
