This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

Heard Mr.P.K.Joshi, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.B.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

According to Mr.Joshi the petitioners are aggrieved by non-payment of price of paddy which they have supplied to Sarada Cooperative Society under Bhandaripokhari Police Station in the district of Bhadrak.

During course of hearing, Mr. Joshi submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to move the Collector, Bhadrak (opposite party No.4) in the matter by

// 2 // filing a grievance petition and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion at an early date. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file a grievance petition before opposite party No.4 through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a petition is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.4 would do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such grievance petition after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner No.1 on behalf of all the petitioners and opposite party Nos. 5 to 7 and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner No.1 who in turn is directed to share such information with other petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
