1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph-3, 3rd line of the order dated 16th March, 2022 instead of mentioning the year of the C.T. Case as "2021", "2020" has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in the 3rd line of paragraph-3 of order dated 16th March, 2022 passed in BLAPL No.10855/2021 the year of the C.T. Case "2020" be deleted and in its place "2021" be substituted.

5. Office is directed to carry out the correction.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
